  1. If you didn't plead guilty, things you were charged with, but never convicted of can be removed from your record. (aka expunged). If you plead guilty or got probation, then they can't be removed. Here in pa we have the list of things that if you were convicted of prohibit you from getting licensed. Check to see if your state has that list. Then I'm pretty sure it's up to the BON on a case by case basis. I know someone with posession and posession of paraphanelia and a couple prostitution charges who is now a licensed and practicing RN. Good luck.
  2. Good luck!! I just passed my exam on Sept 4th, and start my new job in LTC, (also privately owned and only 80 residents) on Oct 13th. I'm so excited.
  3. I really hope you passed!! I kept waiting to read where you didn't, so it might still work! At least there's hope. My thoughts are with you, I'd be a basket case if I still didn't know my results. (Tested on Sept 3,09).

:heartbeat:clown:I passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 265 questions and I passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took it on Thursday before Labor Day, I thought I was going to have to wait til the Tues. after holiday to find out, but thank god, the bon website posted my license at 9:30 a.m. the very next day!!!! (I had been checking their website every half hour from 5a.m. on, because a friend told me they had posted hers that early the day after testing). What a relief!!:yeah:

Today was my second time taking it (the first time I failed at 75!). This time 265, feeling awful until I seen all the posts here. I'm a nervous wreck, hate working as an aide, and everyone knew I was testing today. I can't think about anything else. Soooo worried.:confused:
