  1. I might need a roommate. I'm moving from WA and I will start looking at apartments after thanksgiving. I will be checking out the Bellevue neighborhood but if you have any info about where else to look for apartments/housing I would appreciate it. thanks!
  2. YAY to us who got in!! I just got an offer letter for the pediatric nursing track!! Now time to look for an apartment in Nashville.
  3. I am also a new grad and having trouble looking for a job. I passed the NCLEX September and I have been looking for a job everywhere and nobody seems to be hiring. It's really frustrating but I still look for job openings and I am at that point where I just want to give up. I hope that there will be jobs for us soon, I need to start paying off my loans soon. Goodluck to all of us looking for a nursing job.
  4. To Vandyrn27, Hi! I have a few question about working at Vanderbilt and since you are the only nurse I know who actually works there I hope it's okay if I ask you some questions. I am a recent graduate from WA and I'm worried about the cost of living in Nashville. As a nurse would I be able to afford living in Nashville? Does Vanderbilt offer any help with student loans? thanks
  5. Hi! I applied for the nurse residency program in Vanderbilt and I'm wondering about the cost of living in Nashville (I am currently in Washington). I have an interview for the pediatric track next week, I hope they hire me but I also have some student loans I need to pay off so I'm worried if I'll be able to afford living there and paying off my loans. Does anyone know if Vanderbilt helps pay off student loans? Also if anyone could give me information about the cost of living in Nashville I would really appreciate it.
  6. thanks for this! i need to start preparing for this interview.

  10. Hello! I too applied for the residency program. They emailed me to schedule an interview. I'm really nervous. Does anyone know how the interview process is? I have the NCLEX taken care of. What are they looking for? I really wanna get the job.
  11. Yes I now believe that the trick works!! Just found out my NCLEX RN result today and I PASSED!!! YAY!!
  12. :yeah:I PASSED!!!! Just found out the result today and I passed the NCLEX RN!! What a relief, I walked out of there on thursday thinking that I failed, that there is no possible way I could have passed that exam. I tried the pearsonvue trick and it gave me the famous pop up, that gave me some hope but I was still skeptical. Now it's for real I'm a registered nurse! Thank you for all the encouragement from this site!!!!!! I'm such a happy person right now, it's unbelievable!!

Just took the NCLEX RN this week and I have to say Kaplan worked well for me.
  14. Hello and Congrats to all those who passed the NCLEX. I took mine yesterday and that was the hardest test I have ever taken. My computer shut off at 75 questions. I cried all afternoon after taking the NCLEX RN. I went to this site to calm my nerves a little bit and learned about the trick. I tried it yesterday and today and I got the famous pop up. It gives me a glimmer of hope and I wanna believe it works.I really hoped I passed because I need to start looking for a job. I took the NCLEX RN in Seattle,WA
  15. CONGRATS!!! I took the NCLEX RN yesterday and walked out of there feeling like the dumbest person in the world.I got 75 questions. I couldn't stop crying after that exam. I went to this site and read about the trick. I tried it last night and this afternoon and I kept getting the famous pop up. It wouldn't let me go to the cc payment page. It gives me a tiny glimmer of hope, I really hope I passed the exam. Took the NCLEX RN in Seattle.
