  1. There are many people who doesn't pass in first few attempt but end up passing NCLEX eventually. Have patience and try again. you can always ask others for suggestions. I pray for you and believe you can make it.
  2. I am in a same boat. No calls yet and plus I am a BSN. Lets keep our hopes and patience high.
  3. You can get a license form a differnet state that doesn't require CGFNS certification and later endorse to PA. But make sure that you go through CES (credential evaluation from CGFSN). In this way you can avoid CGFNS exam certification. Endoresement usually take abt a month
  4. It is not a bad thing to get US RN license, if you apply to Texas board o nursing I believe you don't need to go through CGFNS program but you require to undergo your course evaluation process which usually takes about 1-2 month and you can do it through CGFNS and other institutions as mentioned in the board website. Regarding working in US, as a dependent u won't be able to do so. The best thing for you will beto wait for you GC through ur spouse, till then complete your BSN with flying colours. I am from NEPAL as well btw.
  5. i have a friend who is working as a volunteer in texas and don't have RN license yet. But I am not sure about if somebody in tourist visa can work as a volunteer. My friend is in H4 visa and has been living in US for almost a year. It is better to contact hospital directly.
