  1. I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. I'll be going to the Southfield campus, hopefully starting in Jan. Did you finish the testing yet?
  2. I am going to go to everest if I get in...I am so excited...I passed the PSB with flying colors!
  3. Jasel..... Can u PLEASE givev me info about the PSB??????? Did u take it? Can u just tell me if the questions are a lot harder than on this site.... http://www.testprepreview.com/modules/generalscience1.htm i would appreciate any info you can give me soooooo much! Thanks
  4. Thanks for your confidence I've heard from a lot of ppl that was easy. I hope that next week I'll be able to say the same! :wink2: I have a question........ did you have any sciences before you took the PSB........ A&P, BIO or Chem? I have been studying but some of the sample tests have questions like...... what does Boyle's law state? what are the characteristics of gas? what is the ideal gas law? I may have been sleeping in class that day, or just didn't retain it in High School. Also, I haven't had any college level sciences. I was worried for the compass too....and I scored in the high 90's. I HOPE I'm just freaking out for nothing!
  5. That's great that you passed. Thank you for the wish of luck! I am studying, but I'm still nervous.
  6. :yeah:Congrats to you! Thank you so much for your feed-back. I am excited, yet so nervous at the same time. I haven't had any of the sciences so I guess that's why I'm so worried. Thanks again!
  7. How was the PSB? I am taking it next week and I'm freaking out!
  8. I am taking the PSB Saturday the 12th and I'm stressing big time! I bought two books: 1-Mcgraw-Hills Nursing School Entrance Exams and 2- NLN Pre-entrance exam book. I also got review material form school but there wasn't very much on there. In fact I don't recall any measurement stuff on mine. When do you take the test? (If you haven't already) I wish you all the best!
  9. My dad lives in Clearwataer.... close to St. Pete. Thank you so much for your reply, i really appreciate it. Did you study? I've been studying from a couple of nursing exam books, but there is so much information and I don't feel I can teach myself all of it so quickly. Did you look into if you have to retest? I'm sure you'll do great if you have to retest you've already passed the PSB! Thanks again. I wish you all the best :)
  10. That's great that you passed the PSB! Was it at Everest? Good luck in FL with your nursing career. Where in FL, I have a lot of family there. I am taking the PSB in a week..... and I was wondering if you could help me out by letting me know what's on it :bowingpurPLEASE......I would appreciate it so much, I'm freaking out.
  11. Just because someting doesn't work for you does not mean it wont work for someone else. You should focus on something positive in your life instead of putting down others ideas!
  12. Thank you so much. Passed the compass:yeah:..........can you give me some info on what's on the PSB?
  13. I was just wondering if you took the PSB test yet? I will be taking it in 3 weeks MI. I was praying you'd be an angel and tell me what's on it...........
  14. dream00 everest institute is a good school.....my mom is a rn at dmc and they accept students from everest to do clinicals there. i agree it might be more expensive, however, there are no pre-req's other than scoring high on the compass and psb tests.
  15. faithful1 did you live in det?? and move to fl?? is this marcy?
