That's okay. I was accepted to both Nassau and Farmingdale's RN program. I was trying to decide which one to go to, but I knew nothing about Nassau's program. I love Farmingdale because it is a 4 yr college and I can continue on into the BSN afterwards. So what's up with Nassau? Congrats to you again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :up::yeah::yeah:

Thanks so much------Congrats to you!!!!!! Hooray!!!!! I know I looked at the NCLEX pass rates, but then again that could be due to many factors... such as, did the grads wait a period of time before taking the test in addition to not constantly be in "study mode" - which then reflected in poor test grades? Who knows what happen? On the flip side, I did speak to recent Farmingdale grads who all took and passed the NCLEX on the first shot!! Shout out to them---CONGRATS!!! I wanted to know what specifics that you may have heard about Nassau's RN program, like how is it set up, how nurturing are the professors, etc.....lol...... :up::up::yeah::yeah:

Congrats to you!!!!!! I got accepted to both Nassau and Farmingdale!! I got a 99 on NLN and the told me right away. I got a 4.0 straight down and I am on the "President's List" for all my semesters. Nassau sent me a letter of acceptance, but did not mention an essay. Wow, more hurdles......geeezzz.....lol..... Now I am trying to decide which school I should attend.... What did you hear about Nassau's program and Farmingdale's program? I pretty much know quite a few of the nursing students and they all have nothing but good things to say about Farmingdale's program.....they all love their professors, which is pretty impressive for any nursing program. :yeah::yeah::yeah:

I was accepted into Farmingdale's Nuring Program that starts in Sept. 2010. I hope that you also will be accepted. Don't feel too sad about being on the waiting list, because I spoke to a friend earlier who was also placed on the waiting list.... and guess what? She says that she was told that people get called from the waiting list all the way up to the day class is supposed to begin. So that's some good news for you I hope. Well I am praying for you and hope that you get in, and hopefully we will be in class together. Have a nice evening.:)

What did you hear abut the NLN? Don/t worry A&P1 is easy, but you have to study, you will be fine, I know it. :)

Good for you, keep up the good work............it'll be nice to be in class together...... so I had Dr. Crocker who was very nice, I don't know about your teachers cause I never had them, but just do your work and you will be fine, study study, study!!!!!!!!!!! Farmingdale is a great school, and I heard nothing but good things from everyone. What is your GPA so far? What did you get in your classes? Hello:D I can't thank you enough for posting the models for A&P 2 on You tube. I am taking A & P2 this fall 2009 at Farmingdale. What lab professor was that? Who do you recommend for A & P 2? I had Dr. Crocker for A&P 1 and got an A. So far thank God, I have a 4.0. I am took Physiol. Chem already over the summer and Child. Dev 232. I am taking speech and society and health. All I need now is micro and I am done with all my pre-reqs. I am applying for the Fall 2010 Nursing class, and when I start I only want to do nursing classes, that's why I took my time to knock out all of the pre-reqs and co-reqs before I get in the program. I just have to take the NLN....how was your experience? How do you like the nursing program so far? Who did you have for lec/lab in A&P1 and 2? Sorry to bombard you with questions....just happy and excited about nursing...lol Okay thanks, and have a nice eve. Much kudos to you.

Hello! I finally took the test! They did not tell us our scores yet, but I am feeling pretty okay. The math was easier then the english portion. What edition is your A&P book and lab manual and how much is both/each? How much is the Saunders, what edition and does it come with a CD? Thanks and have a nice day;)

Hello: Yes, I am trying to get in for the Fall 2009 class, starting next Mon 8/31. I am taking the Arnett test tomorrow. Please tell me what I should focus on in math? Are they mostly word sentences or what? What do you remember, or what were the parts you found hard in particular? I am going bonkers, lol. I took A&P 1 already, and got an A, so if you need help I am your girl.
