  1. HAOYIN hi.. i sent u pm was hoping to get your email :) thanks for the very informative posts! u rock!
  2. heyy! hihi congrats again! i was asking everyone and that includes u i just had a chit chat with aelith and she mentioned about a form.. i dunno.. how about you?? did u submit a stat dec letter to nbv? (if u have no experience) thanks!!!
  3. yes it seems. im waiting for others to reply though...
  4. hi! congrats ryan and chabeli for making it and taking BP this jan intake! i was trying my best and luck to make it this jan too but sad to say i still need to send a letter (stat dec) and i doubt if i may be able to enroll and etc.. its just that postal service in this country is frigging slowpoke and it delayed my processing big time! would like to ask if any of you was asked a letter statutory declaration (i dont have work experience) i read cath 26 sent hers.. and bought or ask it from her news agent? but she is in australia while i am in manila.. so im basically clueless.. on the other hand, certified (notarized) documents stamped at the back page of documents are accepted as long as info is complete. meaning, it doesn't have to be at the front page. this is in the case of NBV. thank u and hope someone would answer my querry :) happy holidays!
  5. are you sure about this please? our transcript is already in long bond paper...
  6. ryan09: thanks for answering my querries :) how thoughtful of you... u mind if i add u in my friends list? would also love to chat with you through ym ... thanks again!
  7. chabeli and ryan09 just a question.. if we enroll at la trobe.. what visa should we get? my friend who is now in etea availed a short stay visa. . she seem happy there :) but i think i like la trobe.. because its a university :) though etea is fine.. im still thinking if i can make it by feb.. i have few question about the initial reg NBV.. should we send all the 1o pages form including checklist? hi hi hi.. was planning to send it by monday next week.. and ill use my mom's credit card with enclosed authorization letter to be safe :)
  8. :yeah: congratsss!!! :) soo happy for you! :) im planning to take mine next month.. sigh..
  9. NSW.. i think they require experience right? i just called them earlier and yes they confirmed it
  10. hi! im quite new here and im not from OZ but soon ill be there to study... its good to know more about the culture :) and this thread made me giggle a bit while i browsed over some conversations... :) good job again to the thread owner :)
  11. it really depends on your time table... if you are a person who follows a day to day schedule (time when to review while you are working), then it may not be a problem.. its a matter of how focused and responsible you are while reviewing... coupled with determination and faith that u will pass nclex :) also.. know the right materials to use..
  12. lecna31 .... if its not too much to ask.. can u pm me of your ym or any ways i can contact u easily please? im quite new here i cant reply via pm thank you in advance! :)
  13. oh by the way, i called la trobe university this morning and i think im considering of enrolling there... if i cant make it on january 2010.. then ill get the june sched... what made u decide to enroll at Deakens chabeli?
  14. wow... thats a long waiting time for u.. i suggest you call BON of the matter and also call your postal service if they receive any.. i suppose it got lost somewhere... you should have called them a month after without receiving the result yet.
  15. same problem with me... they usually prefer 21-30yo tho im not over 30 yet but imma 2nd courser..... most of the time we would go for paid trainings.. volunteer work.. etc..
  16. i suggest UP.. a friend of mine took her MA @ UP via online... please inquire thru their website..
  17. thank you all for replying on my inquiries esp chabeli, nykhouston2003, and Izay... i have browsed over the thread and i decided to do the process on my own... and yes i can save a lot... i still have not taken ielts... soo im planning to take it first week of sept... i also tried calling la trobe and emailed them.. my concern is if i can make it this coming january i would really appreciate if u guys pm or email me or we can call each other if u are in manila and can talk about this matter... im certain to do this and quite in a rush before they change their requirements by next year... (re: need experience) im quite frustrated with whats goin on with US economy.. and my US eb3 application (packet 3) .. I would really want to pursue this opportunity! thank you very much!
  18. it really depends on the hospital (they usually brag they have the right to choose whom they like to hire).. usually private hospitals dealing with tourism medicine they require their nurses to be with beauty and brains.. lol.. but yeah its funny but a reality... what to do..
  19. well for safe policy.. better not take pictures while at work. i agree with elvish
  20. depends on your priorities go for it if u can pay.. why not?
  21. im soo new with this forum... i decided to join since i found out a lot of you are also interested of goin to australia via student visa or initial registration for overseas nurse... i am still to take ielts ... and dunno how to go about the process by my own.. i met with an agency and theyre askin 21,000AUD for it
