if they are previously working as LVNs, they are most likely in-house employees already and i think the HR prefers them over external employees. i believe their chances are bigger compared to New Grads because they already have their foot at the doo...

no there isn't a waiting list. what i said was that they have already applied earlier.. so that's probably why they have a headstart on the program.

This is critical for all new grads. Nursing is a learning process but we should at least know the common ones that happens so that we are always armed and prepared for anything. I haven't landed a job yet but I'm certain this thread will be very help...
