Patiently waiting...I called on Monday and was told that the letters were sent out last week or are going to be sent out this week...then I called yesterday and asked if I could have my status over the phone and a woman in the health sciences dept. said "I don't know anything about any letters and I don't have a list." So I guess everyone has a different answer... hopefully before the week is over we will have an answer!!

Does the Air Force Check your civilian medical records when going for a clearance? What type of clearance do you need to be a nurse? I would imagine that it would be confidential due to personal info but not too secure because there is probably little involved with top secret information.. Do they just check things like police records and legal issues?Thx

AZ RN BSN- I thought that RCOT was only for harder to recruit officers such as lawyers and doctors?...that's great to know though that Nurses can be sent as well and make the time shorter while being trained. How was your experience? I would love to know seeing that I am applying as a reservist as soon as my BSN is finished. Thanks!
