Say someone has really good scores in everything and they mark that they have volunteer 200 hours, but delta feels that the supporting documentation for the 200 hours was not enough. Will they really throw out the entire application off of not having enough documentation for one point?

I went ahead and photo copied my receipt and rough copy of score and put it into the packet, just in case they are unable to find it.

Thanks! I had all A's and a B in my prereqs and coreqs. How are your grades in the co reqs and pre reqs? Are you willing to retake courses?

I had all A's and one B in english, and two classes in progress when I applied. If I were you, I would reconsider taking those courses at a JC so that you can save money. It doesn't matter where you retake the course. Acceptance also depends on how you did on your teas exam. Have you taken it yet?

Go to summer school and please free up your schedule! Why wait until the fall to take all that?

Some schools will consider an ADN for a Nurse Practitioning program as long as you have a bachelor's degree in any subject. Example: Samuel Merritt.

I am not sure about the other CSU's, but I know that it's for Sacramento for sure. June 22nd! I am now starting to think I should have signed up for the earlier session. Isn't it the earlier we go to the orientation, the sooner we can register? 31? Wow! We are transfer students and I was also confused about what to mark. So I went ahead and put prenursing because that was really my only option.

Time to get things going. You have to sign up for orientation and all that good stuff Yeh! It is a big class and I hope that we have an amazing support system. I wonder if we will have lecture together as one class in a forum? What day is your orientation for the school?

A little update: the school received approval to admit 80 students! So we will be having a big class and right now they are on alternate #33.

i highly doubt it. last year after receiving all documentation, delta college emailed other students who were not selected before to be alternates. i had a friend who was rejected at first and then became an alternate a month or two after when people had declined their spots.

Thank you :) And thank you soooooooo much for the advice in regards to Pharmacology. I never heard of Cerro Cosa College! I was able to register for the class and went ahead and sent Sacramento State an email. I really hope that the course is acceptable for the program.

Yes, I also applied to Solano Community College. The thing is, the students who have priority have not registered yet. Registration opens May 11th I believe. So chances are, it will be filled up. I found some online distance learning, but the tuition is $1,000, I am looking to avoid that.

Hey Guys, I recently got accepted into nursing school and really need to take Pharmacology over the summer before the program starts. Sacramento city is offering Pharmacology, but my registration date isn't until May 11 and it looks like it's going to be full. Delta College is not offering it over the summer. Where can I take this course, either online or in person? Please let me know! I know that online Santa Barbara's course is already full. Thank you so much.
