helloooooo..... i am Asian and im working here in the hospital for 3 years now but i didn't hear any complaints about "not communicating" with my patients. In fact they like me and they understand me better esp my patients because i am more attentive, caring and can communicate well. I don't care if i have accent. Whats up with that? everybody has their own accent. Just accept the fact that many hospitals preferred to hire international nurses because we are more willing to work esp.overtime and we don't complain very much.

hi lola, thanks for the info. I am planning to move somewhere in st.cloud area or closer to my sister's place.She is in New LOndon, so probably Willmar to St.cloud area. Ya, i heard that news too. So i am hesistant to move but it's too hard to live here without any relatives closer to us. So i don't know. God will make a way i guess.thanks a lot.

hi, is there anybody knows how much they offer for a BSN-RN in st.cloud hospital as a starting salary? do they offer sign on bonus? i am an experienced nurse and looking for a job in st.cloud area.

i been working straight nights for the past years.3 consecutive nights 12hrs shift. so far i dont have complaints. To be able not to mess up with your sleeping time during you days off, try not to take a nap during days. make yourself busy so when night time comes, you'll back on your regular sleeping pattern. and if your working and felt very tired and sleepy, take a walk and stretch your body, drink a lot of water,eat ice or go to internet. just try something, anything that will keep you awake til your shift is over.
