Thanks so much for you info. It is really inspiring. I too have applied to UTMB and HBU. I am happy to hear about the scholarship. Do you have a Bachelors already? If so are you do the BACC2 at UTMB? I would love to hear how it's going there. I feel overwhelmed with all the applications and "waiting". I know that it's worth it though.

I think you need your tetorifice shot. I told the doctor and nurse my plans and they knew exactly what I needed. They gave me several shots...so you are right there are a couple more.

I am trying to apply there as well for Spring Admission...it sounds like we are in the same boat. I have a bachelors degree in education and I want to apply to both their BSN and their ADN...but the ADN Program requires only fall admission. I have to take all the same pre-req's. Where did you take the pre-reqs? I am taking them at San Jac for the summer, but I have to take A and P II and Micro in the fall. If I get accepted then I will take those at HBU. Let me know how it's going for you.

Kimmy...did you go to the UTMB open house today? There was someone there that was from A and M and graduating in December as well. Just wondering? ) FYI to all interested in applying to UTMB, you should really attend one of their Open Houses. It was really informative and everyone there asked really helpful questions. )

I plan to apply for the 15 month program if I don't make the cut for the spring cut...where did you take your pre-req's Kimmy008? Just wondering b/c I am still taking some of them. :)

Hi all...I am a spring hopeful. I am trying for a second bachelors degree in nursing (I am currently a special education teacher). I have applied to UTMB's BAAC2 and I am signed up to take life span...in a may mini and summer I will take a and p 1, chemistry and statistics! I am also going to apply to UTH and San Jac's ADN program! I wish all good luck! I know this is what I really want and I am so glad to have found you all on here! Is anyone else considering UTMB?

What option did you use to get in melmonlove? A or B? I so far have a 4.0 on the pre-req's, but I graduated with my first bachelor's five years ago and I only took the SAT, which I don't want to take again. So I was just wondering if option B was a good way to go??!!

I am just starting my pre-reqs (I have a bachelors of science) for the nursing program. Is it easier to get into the fall versus the spring or summer?

Is anyone else with a previous bachelors degree applying for the fall of 2010? Is this easier to get into compared to the Baac2 program?
