well, just to give you an update, i barely made my fin aid this semester after holding my breather till the last minute! i was able to get subsidized and un subsidized loans and still was stuck with paying almost 900 out of pocket ( because they say my efc is 5000) , now i checked my e-mail and i was given a scholarship for 900 dollars! yes just made it getting a whole 16 bucks back!

Yea i guess we will find out in JUly!

Troentorp Bastad Clogs Mens Comfort Shoes

Before I applied to nursing school I worked as a tech at a pharmacy and I use to stand ALOT! I really liked these. They are called Troentorp Bastad Clogs, i purchased mine on ebay, form somone by the name of Scandigirl. Retail wise they are pretty pricy. They are made of alder wood and you have to give it a month or so to break them in. Great shoes.

I was wondering if there is anyone out ther that has had problems getting financial aid for the LVN program at Baptist Health San Antonio. I am really freaking out a bit ( i know i should not) any info on this would be much appreciated. I am having my orentation this next week and i will keep this thread updated with more info. I am just scared that i willnot get enought financial aid to pay for school.

Got accepted to LVN program ant Baptist Health in San antoi just want to know who else is in ? Are you in the AM or PM class???

I applied too for the fall, I took the NET this past Saturday, Was not too bad, i guess. I did not get accepted to SAC so i am going to try Baptist.

I got in 09 you know i think you are correct. I went to the school to see what the deal was and they did not even fill out my score card, makes me mad to think that they are really not even consider my application. After she filled out my score card she said that they would consider it for next application. ***! Its ok, things happen for a reason.

Really, I went o Galen and it looks like a pretty good program. Did you apply anywhere else before Galen?

Just wanted to know if you receved your letter via e-mail with your acceptance or denial? I receved my e-mail, and I was not accepted. They told me on the letter that " my composite score is not high enough for automatic admission." guess Hopefiully next time. I am also appling to Baptist health.
