  5. Hello! So I currently do UR on an inpt psych unit and I graduated with my RN last May, my experience has been susbstance abuse and psych..I need to really gain knowledge across the board I feel and hospital CM jobs are very hard to obtain these days! I was interviewed at a local hospital recently who actually wants to hire me ft CM on all floors in the hospital rotating...40 hours 2 12's and 2 8's, its a union postion and more money too...I am nervous regarding changes I feel intimidated because I have never used interqual and I not fully comfortable with med surg diagnosis (yet :) ) I think I am going to take it but I still have a few days to think about it....Those of you in this field working as CM in a hospital how do you like it? I hear that it can be fun and challenging...I love a challenge and I love to be busy! any input would be greatly appreciated!
