I'm just curious if because we are post-master's if they wait to see how many declines they get before they send out acceptance to us?? Not sure, just racking my brain trying to figure out something! Everyone else on here who has been excepted or declined are just regular MSN students?? Have you tried calling?

I applied to UAB and Troy State. I was really hoping for UAB though. Checked the mail again, and nothing! I really don't know what to think, I just assume the worst and think that closure would certainly be nice!

Can you believe I still haven't received a letter! I have called several times and nobody is able to really help... This is beyond frustrating to me....

Diva, don't feel bad. I think I could potentially be in the same boat. I haven't received any mail yet and I don't think the old saying no news in good news in true in applying for NP school. I am post-master's...but still. This is tough and you'll just have to keep trying for spring. When did you get your letter? Good luck with future endeavors though!

dana.... I too am post-master's... Have you heard anything from UAB yet? I have not. I am FNP however.

I haven't heard either, I'm apply for Post-master's though, FNP. I wish I knew that there were people getting letters that weren't accepted. I fear that all the acceptance letters went out first, now all the denials will go out afterwards... that's how USM did it. So stressful though.

Has everyone who applied and been accepted received an email about background checks?? If so, this may be an indicator that I was not accepted

I do not live in AL, rather in MS. I haven't received any mail yet either. I am applying for FNP post-master's certificate however. I tried calling by all they tell you is the info is in the mail and it was mailed Friday. I have a 3.92 MSN gpa. I have been in nursing for 5 years and I have two letters of rec. from teachers/collegues at the college that I work for and one other one from the Dean of the entire nursing school. I am still worried about not getting accepted... IS everyone accepted as part-time? I certainly hope that isn't the case as I want to be finished with this asap! But, like I said.... I am worried sick!

I also applied for the FA11 semester. I know they are meeting today or tomorrow to pick the students. I'm post-master's for FNP. I noticed they still haven't cashed my check however??? I am worried about this.

maybe you can help! I am trying to find out the pay for a np in the air force.... do you know what they quoted you?

I would like to know the salary for a NP in the Air Force, I can't find anything!
