  1. I felt like that a bit too but I was a tech before I was a nurse. It took a lot of the anxiety away. I still had some but I knew what to expect so to speak. The flow of the floor is learned. Plus working a few codes will really break you in. As long as you are open to criticism and don't let your skin get too thin you will be fine. Like someone said before me, ask questions. There are no more stupid questions. I asked them all

It is commendable that you do the LTC work. I had a hard time with it in nursing school. Feeding people is not my favorite thing to do. Thanks again
  3. I would take it before if you can. Stay on the questions to keep you in test mode. Try not to stress. Remember, if you don't pass you can retake it. I had to take it 3 times Enjoy your vaction
  4. I work at Pepin now. Not in the new building but in the old part but it has been redesigned a bit. I do not agree that it is in the middle of the hood. Its right next to the USF campus and maybe on the edge of the so called hood. Head north a bit and you are in a quite nice neighborhood. The hood is really a bit more to the SW, closer to University Mall. I work at night and park in the garage so my car seems to be safe since there are cameras and security patrolling.
