Infuse at 12 MCG/KG/MIN for a patien weighing 75LBS. Drop factor is 60 MCGTT/ML. How many MCGTT/MIN? Heparin 30,000 units in 250 ML d5W IV to infuse at 10 ML/HR. You have Heparin 20,000 units/ML. Drop factor is 60 GTT/ML. How many ML of Heparin should be added to the IV solution? Thankyou soooo much!!!!!!
