   In my experience the card that you will be using (either credit or debit card) must be issued by a bank in UAE.

   Your post is very helpful. Thanks! For example I'm done with the Primary Source Verification and successfully passed the assessment. Can I go to Dubai even without an employer and just look for a job as a nurse when I get there?
