Prometric Exam is not the same as NCLEX, though they have similarities. Computer-based, multiple choice. But if you graduated and is registered to practice as a nurse in the US, you are exempted from taking the Prometric exam. Source: Dubai Healthcare Professionals Licensing Guide – 2013 Page 112

Your post is very helpful. Thanks! For example I'm done with the Primary Source Verification and successfully passed the assessment. Can I go to Dubai even without an employer and just look for a job as a nurse when I get there?
