  1. thanks for responding! I graduated in 2018 and end up choosing Wilkes.
  2. @tellamae thanks for keeping us informed only your progress. I decided to go to Wilkes! I wish i had more insight on their program
  3. I had to respond, to Chamberlain not being accredited because it really is misleading. I am looking at this school as one of my options. I searched on Commission on Colligate Nursing Education's website and Chamberlains DNP program IS ACCREDITED. 4. Hi robins! I got accepted and i applied to mental health program! I hope to see you at the orientation!
  5. I'm curious to know who has applied to the spring 2013 program and if they have gotten their acceptance letters or is still waiting?
  6. I have notice a few college will not accept NY students!! Georgetown university and apparently Drexel! The schools here are few and there are few midwifery as well as PMHNP! Its as if my destiny is determined due to living in NY. Has anyone heard of something different? If i live in NJ or CT it would be no problem. I asked if I would be denied if i have a NJ or CT license, I still got the same answer. I have a problem with systems that causes interference with education and growth on this level. go new york :/
  7. On a lighter note.... in this economic crisis we are in, I'm sure by now positions has popped up! :) good luck!
  8. my goal is to graduate with a 4.0 so i definatly want to hear as much about the classes as possible
  9. 1.)Info Lit with excelcior is very easy i did that in one day its a pass or fail grade. and its seems like a lot but its all on your pace. i did once a month. You will get through!!! do let that list scare you!
  10. ITs too expencive they do not "work" with excelsior nor are they endorsed by them. Be very careful i find that people who get the text books as per excelsior get higher grades on the exams and fail less. Do your research there are many yahoo groups you can join
  11. Congrats!!! I know how you feel!
  12. Its true. I took the exam 3 times 2 times i didnt get the pop up the last time, I sure got that pop up and what an amazing feeling that was. I am finally an RN!! :)
  13. I was a little concerned about this new version and it was NOT bad at ALL! i failed the old version. It had a lot more priority and management type questions i thought. Good luck to everyone
  14. To be honest, most of these "IFFY" nurses have horrible training on the job, or the schools didnt have enough hands on.....
