  1. I'm sorry to hear that I know how terrible you must feel. I was there too. Don't lose hope. You will pass it. Take a break though. Give some time to regroup and then start refreshed to study again!
  2. Hey NewGN88, Firstly, good luck on wednesday! You'll do great! :) Can you keep us updated and you how you did?! I also failed the first time and will be writing it the second time in March but this time using Suzanne's plan. I want to know how her plan has helped you :) Thanks!
  3. Hi Wendy! I'm from Canada too and I failed the first time as well. Don't feel bad. I'm going to retake it soon using Suzanne's plan. My instructor told me that 40% of those who took the nclex in our school failed it. I find the NClex exam tests your nursing knowledge in a different approach. You just have to learn to how to study for it and how to answer the questions. It's nothing like the CRNE - that's for sure!
  4. That's wonderful! Suzanne's plan really helped hey?
  5. You just reapply to your state after you find out you failed. Few days later, they will email you your ATT which will say that you are allowed to take the exam 45 days since the last time you took it. Initially, i was rushing to take it again since the information was so fresh in my mind but the more I thought about it, I decided to give myself a little more time than 45 days in between to rewrite. Plus - I wanted to try Suzanne's plan and her plan prepares you ~2 months before.
  6. you know...that must be very tough. I totally agree. I find the whole process in taking the Nclex very expensive - not to mention I'm from outside of the states too. I have to pay an additional $150 to write it where I am so that's 350 each time! I'm writing it the second time hopefully with Suzanne's plan...I don't have to pay another 350! Don't give up!
  7. wow! i would have felt so discouraged after 265 questions!
  8. could mean anything! i failed at 75!
  9. congrats!
  10. failed with 75 questions. will try suzanne's plan as well!
