you don't need a bsn to be a case manager or do utilization review. i became a pa, my springboard was my asn.

i believe they are only available in australia and new zealand. they cost less than a good littman. the advantage is that they have a floating diagram. supposed to be superior for cariology but i'll stick with my littman.
