i would like to pursue Ph.D in nursing and be a nurse educator in the future. I have BSN and about a year RN experiance in med/surg floor. My GPA is 3.85. can someone give me advise on how i will be good candidate for Ph.D application?? any help idea...

what do you think about US government recruiting foreign RN's and MD's who are here in US for at least the past two years with legal documents. is anyone thinking about joining the army? do you have to have BSN to join the army?
