Barnes Jewish college question
My cousin went to SLU for her BSN and I have been looking at UMSL and GSON. I am leaning toward GSON because there are fewer pre reqs. I like the fact that I am not required to take Economics or any of the "cornerstone/capstone" courses required by UMSL! I hope I can get loans and scholarhships to cover all the tuition and fees though!! Whew- it is a hefty price tag!!
- UMSL or Barnes Jewish?

Oh! I can't take the dosage class because I have a full load, work and I have a 2 year old! 2 semesters sounds much more reasonable than 2 years! I will have my coreqs done after fall semester! Thanks for the info and positivity! I will keep pluggin away! I think I will take the 3 week A&PII this summer! Any survivors have advice?

Aesthetics Nursing
I have been a lisenced esthetician for 10 yrs. You definitely don't need your rn to do medical skincare and laser hair removal. I'm getting my rn so I can hopefully, work with a board certified surgeon. My goal is to volunteer for operation smile. Skincare is fun and great money after 2-5 yrs of building clientele.

I haven't taken the dosage test because I want time to prepare. And freak out about it. Just kidding. Sort of. I will check out the calculations book, then go for it. I wouldn't mind amother campus. If I start at 1st available I can transfer if I'm accepted closer to home, I assume? Does anyone have any reasonable explanation for the length of these lists?! The advisor at FV seemed more disturbed by it than me.

RN to MSN St. Louis MO
This may be a repeat question: I tried to search it here, but didn't find it so here goes- I am attending St. Louis Community College to get an Associates and RN. I am interested in doing an RN to MSN program. The advising office gave me paperwork that "strongly recommends" that I immediately contact any potential university I would be transferring to so that I meet the transfer requirements. (I'm not even in the nursing program yet!) Questions: Has anyone done the RN to MSN here in St. Louis? Has anyone used an Associates from StLCC to get an MSN from an online university program? Any info regarding St. Louis RN or BSN or MSN programs would be great to hear! Thanks All! Jen
