   I have adhd and currently take Equasym XL 20 mg. BD. they work very well releasing 8 mg immedeatly then the rest slowly fro next 6-8 hrs...if I am pulling a 13hr shift i just take another one at lunch..they work almost immedeatly no need for them to...
