  1. I had a similar experience with an Intro to Psych course. I had taken it for my original college degree, prior to becoming an RN, and was asked to repeat the course as a pre-req for a BSN. I actually had to contact the archive librarian at the university I attended 15+ years ago in order to get a course description from the catalogue during the years I attended this out of state university! I did submit this info to the new university and they agreed that I did not need to retake basic psych. You might try this as it may work!

  3. New to the site and I have enjoyed reading this discussion. All I can say is that I am a graduate of Daytona Beach Community College. I was first an LPN and then continued to become an RN. I now have a BSN from UCF and am currently pursuing a MSN. You can do this at DSC (is that what it is called now?) Based on the postings, some things never change! But I just want to let you all know you will achieve your goal and will be able to have the initials "RN" behind your name!
