  1. I need help, am a new Grad. RN and new to hospice. The problem that am facing is charting. (Neg.- charting) What is Neg.- charting. Can I buy a book to help me with this. I start my new job next Monday March 02, 2009. Any advice and or example would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who respond.

  3. Hello to all. Is it me or is this normal? Background infor. CNA 10yrs. RN- 2 Months. The problem that am facing is my new role as an RN. I don't feel like an RN or should I say and other words I don't know how to accept my new role as an RN. I don't even feel comfortable telling people that I am a Registered Nurse. Don't get me wrong am very happy and graceful that I have accomplish my goal to become a nurse, but I don't feel like a nurse. :uhoh21:

  7. I Did it. I passed RN NCLEX. I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to thank all for their prayers and support. I will keep those in prayer that is preparing to take NCLEX, as well as those who are waiting for results. Just remeber with God all things are possible............
  8. Took NCLEX this morning and the computer shut off at 75questions. I don't know what to think. I had a few SATA, Math questions but a lot of DM questions. I want to thank all for their prayer and support. Now all I have to do is just wait for the results.:uhoh21:
  9. I can't go to sleep. I live here on the west coast and it's 11:25pm and I can't go to sleep. My mind is going 100mph. I am due to take NCLEX in 8.5 hours.:uhoh21:

  11. Hello to all I have 2 more days to go before I take RN NCLEX, and am freaking out. For thoses who read this please pray for me. I will post my results Nov.25th. Thank God I live in a state where I can get quick results.
  12. Hello to all. I took LPN NCLEX and pass, actually I thought the Test was really easy. I didn't study that much and I only used Saunders comprehensive review. I study for about one week, 2hrs a day. Now it's time for me to take RN NCLEX, but I don't have the drive to study because I'm thinking the test will be easy. :icon_roll:uhoh3: Do any one else feel that RN NCLEX was easy or didn't require alot of studying?
