  6. Hi, I'm graduating this semester in Florida, and I don't know whether I'll stay here or move to California. Can I take the NCLEX for Florida & California here in Florida? Do I take 2 tests? How does that work? Thanks
  7. I'll be working, most likely, is a hospital setting. I learned from your answer, thanks. I want to know what is my chance of working the night shift (as the newbies tend to do) when working oncology.
  8. I'm interested in working oncology. I'd like some info about the times oncology nurses work. My guess is that most patient will choose to receive their therapy during the day. When do most oncology nurses do their shifts, day or night? Thanks
  9. I need some information on open reduction internal fixation. Is the hardware (plates & screws, etc) always removed, or can they leave them in indefinitely? Thanks!
  10. You are not working where you want to work. Keep trying to find the job in the area you want. You're already an RN, you're almost there. In the mean time do your best at LTC, for the folks in your hands, not for supervisors.
  11. where does the pt's age/race go under objective or subjective?
  12. yes, you're both wrong. It's a care plan homework assignment. You both didn't help at all.
  13. What is an approved/correct NANDA nursing diagnosis term for "risk for drug interaction". eg. when 2 medications may be harmful when mixed? Thanks!
