They are definitely interested in you so go there and impress them, the second interview with my experiences is usually about the Clinical aspect...some institutions they do it other way round, start with clinical interview and them personal interview and others start with personal and then clinical...which everway...break a leg, be cool, show them what you got and sell it to them...good luck!

i couldnt agree with u more...it's a shame...grading from the Chairperson who is completely useless...ViceChair who thinks the world revolves around her and everyone has to kiss ass...callous, rude, evil plotters and definately dogmatic and unapproachable and yes they do deliberately set you up for failure if you are smart, and dont take crap from them...they don't take challanges from students at all, no ethics, no principles and no marals...some instructors are a pack of useless you know what and yes there are a few that genuinely care and try to be there for students but one out of 10 does not cut it...that Program does not deserve to operate or granted accredetation...it's a psychological nightmare...

Im sorry you feel that way, however, many of us arent here to twiggle our thumbs, we all came here for a better life from where we come from and thank goodness, America is accomodating. If i was advocating for a violation of American Laws, The State Board of Nursing from where I am would not have approved it, so who are you to say otherwise. Just like your forefathers came here to invade and take over America from the Natives to make a better life for you and your generations, we are all trying to do the same and GOD bless America for being tolerable enough to give everyone a chance. To everyone out there who is struggling just like the rest of us and doing the right thing for themselves and their families, never give up on your dreams...keep pushing...some day some how it'll work out. Hey Suzann Dont let anyone tell you otherwise, yes you can sit for the boards and yes you can get your license, he only thing you will have a bit of a hard time getting is a JOB but there are JOBS out there and people do work only you have to secrifies a bit on a salary cut cos the agencies they take a chunk out of your salary...but yes you can get it all and you do not need a SSN you only need proof of entrance...Peoples please stop misleading and discouraging others...if i had listened to most of the negetivity here i wouldnt be where i am today ...

Please help!!!...How likely it is to get a job sponsorship in NY,NJ,CT...Does anyone have any suggestions...Please your input is very much welcome.

I have a friend who had just graduated in may and took the boards in July and now looking for a job...Problem is she is undocumented...does anyone know any agencies that does job sponsorships around NY,NJ,CT and how likely it is for her to get a job. Your responses and advises will be greatly appreciated

My advise...don't even set your foot in that school...so somewhere else...at BCC you get more agony than anything else...they design there own structure of regulating the program and i'll tell you this...it's not student oriented no friendly at allllll...actuallt only two professors has actually show interest in students because they do not believe in the iron fist that the program is being operated upon, it's barbaric and ludicrous...i'll tell you this...if you lucky enough mind you NOT SMART ENOUGH i said, lucky enough to PASS PHARM 10 you get in the program and if you are lucky enough NOT SMART ENOUGH you will GRADUATE...One thing i will say though, with some of the professors now on students side which are only two out of i think more than 10...you will get excellent encouragement and with the rest of them you will get crap it will make your head spin...half of what they impose on students is not even part of CUNY regulation but their strategy of keeping the qouta with the ENCLEX STATS...my class I started 41/42 with out of 10 of us 2 made it through and if you find out what people got kicked out of the program for you will puke.!!!

OMG!!!!Run-Run -Run....away from that college....and save your sanity!!!.... They should shut down that program, it's more agony than anything else. Trust me...It's true it's all about the money, they don't give a S**t about your well being, they wreck lives, families and jobs and leave you with nothing but Sorry you are done!!!.. a few have made it through but ask anyone they will tell you also to run as fast as you can from that school, I graduated beacuse i refused to be part of their statistics and yes they will mess you up psychologically!
