I'm also on-call for a 2 hr drive job..if u don't mind the drive, i say go for it because its tough finding jobs out there..at least for six months for the experience and then start looking for one locally. But i agree with the others about not doing it for only one day orientation.

janice, all i did was study from the saunders book. But i cant say that i remembered everything. I didnt even bother studying the meds. All i know is that for nclex, u must know ur standard precautions and labs! They seem to come up a lot for me and my friends. I also looked through some of the random facts on this forum and they were helpful. hope this helps and good luck! :)

Don't know whats with me today, but i was very anxious, nervous, and sick to my stomach just thinking about my results Maybe its because i know that it will come in the mail soon..im just soo scared to see the results. I dont think i can open it myself so im going to have someone open it for me. I know the trick has been working for many of the people here but i've been having doubts today. I wasnt the smartest person in class and my test scores are usually only ok..i have no confidence in myself at all right now..please pray for me u guys!! :(

yup, im in CA. whichever the date is, we know that they are working on may now 47 days and counting...

i just heard from one of my classmate that she got her results today. She took it on may 3rd and she said the boards are working on may 4th today. I dont know which dates are true but at least they're getting close!!

im in ca, its takes about 7-8 weeks for the results we dont have quick results so most of us do the pvt (pearsons view trick) to see whether we passes or not. it's not a proven to be 100% accurate but it gives us hope. try to relax these few weeks, start a new study plan and retake the test. the saunders book really helped me understand the concepts. don't give up! i believe the nclex is defeatable. u can do this! :)

sorry to hear that u didnt pass:( i didnt get my results yet and i also had 205 questions. But Saunders is a good book so i say give it a try..and i am just wondering, did u do the PVT?? did it work for u?

yea, i did the trick..like, almost everyday:D and i've been getting the pop up. Lets just cross our fingers and hope we pass!!

lvnurses, i didn't get my results yet..still waiting for it in the mail. Im guessing i'll be getting it next week since it seems like the boards are working on one exam date a day and they're not even done with april! When did u take urs? If u got the good pop up then its a good sign! If u try to register again and it takes u all the way to the credit card page, then it means u failed. I don't want to depend on it too much and have high hopes, cuz if its not true, i'll feel really crushed but i pray that its true! I will keep u updated on this post when i get the results.:)

im also in cali and got up to 205 questions. i also heard it doesnt matter what number it stops at. Im still waiting for my results but so far ive been getting the pop up, i will post again when i get the results! :)

do you guys know if bvnpt opens on sat and sun? i know they r closed on fridays..
