  1. actually there is one scenario a nurse is pregnant and refuses to take the assignment of meningitis client. there is one nurse finishing her duty of 8 hrs and othher two nurses r on 12 hr shift . they refuses to change the assignment only 4 hrs r left for their shift. that nurse who is relieving report to nurse manager and she replied already there is shortage of staff. that nusre finishing 8 hr shift has to go to attend a seminar which she had booked 1 month ago. so what is the outcome what u will do and what u will not do as a nurse
  2. hi i want to ask one question when a nurse is assigned a new area like she is working in post op area of surgery and now she is asssigned an ortho area. she has to prepare the area of aclient u has to go for total hip replacement she has prepared the part with another solution and physician wants that with different solution and physician starts yelling at nurse what u have done. what conflict resolution strategies u will use and wht conflict resolution strategies u wont use and why as nurse

  4. hi i have a problem in my assignmeent question. if anurse is pregnant and she has to care for a client with meningitis . she refuses to care for that client and requested to change her assignment . one nurse is finishing her duty after doing 8 hrs duty. and other nurses working in the same ward are doing 12 hrs duty. the nurse who is pregnant is relieving the nurse of 8 hrs duty. who has to go to attend a seminar which is booked 1 month ago. she told to the nurse manager about the change of assignment but she says already there is shortage of staff as staff gone for sick leave. other two nurses does not want to change their assignments for 4 hrs as the have to do 4 hrs duty. so what is the outcome of this problem . what we can do and what we cant do and why
