I just accepted a M&B position and ratio is 8:1 most of the time the mom and baby , but sometimes just the mom it just depends on the census. I'm an international nurse and I worked for 15 years in ER and let me tell you that I feel stupid in this unit., I'm use to take all kind of pts, so now thi is new for me.It is a lot of paperrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrsssssssssssssssssssss , not many meds . I like hands on better than pepers. You haven't finish with your pts and you already need to work with the DC and new admision. It takes time to get used to the papers and computer programas. I don't know but I don't feel incompetent. Also I'll be working L&D , anex, nursery ( including CS baby form OR ).

!! hello !! help!!! please i just passed my nclex in ca and i have my license now. i'm an international nurse and i want to endorse my license to tx. i heard that i need to go to mexico and do some paperwork there????. other person told me to do my application on line. i don't know what to do. i printed the bon tx application, but i can't find any information about it in case i have to go to mx. please i needddddd heellppppp! thanks for your help.

Thank so much ....I passed . Now I need to endorse my Ca license to Tx. I don't know the procedure to do it . I 'm calling them ( TX BON ) but the phone is always busy. I can go on line and send my information, but how about my fingerprints and my picture????? i pass the nclex!!!!!! i took kaplan and despite i didn't have any kaplan questions, they teach you to understand the question and select the right one. i had many that i didn't know. take a look my score is not to good, and i didn't finish it, put i pass. permalink you can do it....... i'm a mexican r/n , i worked for 14 years in er , and let me tell you that nclex is an alien hospital......... i didn't finish it, but i passssssssss!!!!!! i got 188 questions and i run out of time. i had 12 all that apply. it was a very hard test. i had many pharma questions i listening 12 videos, 2 1/2 books and over 4000 questions my score... trainer 1= 46.67 second time= 61.33 2= 37.33 second time = 61.33 3= 47 82 4= 55.33 5= 52 6= 48.5 7=53.21 i'm very very happy!!!!!:redbeathe:chuckle

hello everybody i had my test yesterday and i run off the time 188. i had 12, yes 12 questions all the apply. i think i didn't pass. i took kaplan and i went through 4000 questions, kaplan book and saunders 3rd edition book and the test was totally different. i didn't have any question about what i studied. also manyyyyyyyyyyyyyy pharmacological questions. i studied the most common medications, but you know what, i didn't have any one of kaplan .i had only one math question. i’m very depressing because i studied every single day like 5 to 6 hours. any way i need to keep studying god bless everybody

ok this my second time here. here are some helpful tips. i really liked it because help me to select the correct answer. i ''ll take my nclex on aug 26 and i still working hard because you never finish with all the material that kaplan gives to you.
