  1. For Harcums evening program, the classes are tues and thurs 5pm or 6pm-10pm and clinicals are weekends 7-4. You do have a christmas break.
  2. I would definitely Complain, no matter what the results. That lady must be out of her ever-loving mind. That exam is extremely stressful and I am confident to say that she raised your stress level up 10 more notches!!!
  3. Hey, I went to Harcum's part-time program. It was doable and I had a fulltime job, but I didn't have children either. The clinicals are weekends, basically all day. They have a program starting in May, try and see if they have some more openings. It wouldn't hurt.
  4. abablone12, I don't know about anyone else on here but I feel obligated to give tips and advice. I was once in a position where I felt hopeless but when I read the forums they restored my hope. And I feel an obligation to encourage and uplift someone else!!
  5. I have heard alot of good things about Suzanne's Plan and I'm sure it's probrably great. I also do recommend Saunders, the latest edition. I just took my exam for the 4th time on Feb 12th and I passed. What I do was, use the Saunders CD with over 1,000 questions. I did atleast 100 questions a day...after I took a week off from failing the third time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE "PRIORITIZATION, DELEGATION & ASSIGNMENT" by Linda A. LaCharity. This Book is Awesome, it has practice exercises and it worked great for me. I started to get weary after the 3rd test but people recommended it on here and I went and got it. I think this book will really help those out that are having a difficult time with passing. Don't give up! You will pass!!
  6. wow, that's crazy! I hope that really isn't true, to save some of the test takers some sanity :0)
  7. I had mostly, priority, What do you do first? Who you should you see first? I had 4 or 5 SATA, I had one "drag and put in order" question. Alot of med questions, and several contact precaution questions.
  8. Hey guys!!! I have to share my experience because it was crazy. First of all, it took my 4 tries to pass this horrible NCLEX exam. I took my exam yesterday and on my way there my car broke down...I had to wait for my fiance to come...so that he could wait for AAA. Luckily, my car broke down, across the street from the center. When, I got to the center, they lady told me "We are pressed for time"....your talking about someone having an anxiety attack!! However, I knew that it must be my season and my time because God has my back and all of this is happening to me because Satan is mad and confused...because I still pressed. I sat down at the computer prayed and started the questions...question 1 seemed hard to me but I took my time, paced myself and I didn't take any breaks. I went the long haul...had 265 questions...I do remember that I got that last few correct. I say my story to say, "Don't give up!!! There is light at the end of the tunnel." You can make it!!!:):)
  9. Congratulations! :yeah:Very inspiring! I needed to hear that because I take the exam Dec 16th, please pray for me!!
  10. Hey everyone! This will be my 3rd time taking it on Dec. 16th. Please pray for me!!! I am frustrated and exhausted as well!! I think everybody passed from my program except for me! And I do consider myself a little on the bright side. Please Please keep me in your prayers!! I hope I can celebrate Christmas knowing that not only am I grateful for Jesus' birth but for passing this dreadful test as well!!!
  11. I am extremely nervous as well! I took my test yesterday and the test stopped at 75 questions. Right after the exam, I felt pretty confident, but as the hours went on, my confidence decreased. I studied and did a lot of questions. My friend told me that usually if you don't have your license posted within 24 hrs on PA BON that means that you most likely failed. I don't know how that true that is, but I also looked on Pearsons website and they said that my results were not available yet. So, I'm thinking that if Pearson doesn't have them posted, then BON wouldn't either, because they have to get the results from Pearson? I don't know. What do you guys think? I'm hoping the 48 hr time is true! I hope everyone does well, keep the faith and pray!
