  3. I had a 78% of passing and I passed with 75Q. Good luck.
  4. 5% raise each year???????? ARE YOU SURE? If you make 70,000 a year then you get a raise of 3500 a year? what state do you live in? Thats amazing. What union is this exactly?
  5. Hi all, I got a position at a Tele unit but some times it was referred to a step down unit. I thought it was was not the same. Can some one please tell me the exact difference though? Thanks so much:heartbeat
  6. Hey Juzagirl, I'll tell you in my opinion..I don't know if anyone will agree but most of the actual content that I studied was no there at least on my exam. But I think that yes content is important to study but the emphasis should be doing AS MUCH PRACTICE Q'S AS POSSIBLE. I did not stick only to Kaplan because I personally felt that I needed variety because what happens if my test looks nothing like kaplan? I did NCLEX 3500, I did Kaplan, NCSBN, o yea I just remembered I did some Mosby too. I did around 200 questions a day and I used saunders if I did not know a topic that I felt was pretty repetitive. It is true when people say do as much Q's as possible. If my brain was able to handle on some days 250 Q's, thats what I did. Every one has their own limits. Since you test taking in Nov and if you stick to a certain number of Q's a day up until then you have a good chance I think. Good luck!!!:redpinkhe
  7. THANK YOU:heartbeat
  8. Thank you all. Pearson Vue cant change their mind right? I just cannot believe it! I will be saying this for the next 2 weeks I think.:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat
  9. I cannot believe it. I was already thinking of how I am going to study for the NCLEX again. I passed first try 75 Q. I had 6-7 SATA. 2 Dragging questions. 6-8 Meds. NO MATH. 1 delegation and a lot of priority questions. I was supposed to take the exam in Nov and then I pushed it up to October because I was too afraid to take it. Then last minute there was an opening and I booked it 2 days in advance only. I did not want to fear this exam anymore. I decided that studied, devoted time, did all of kaplan, some NCSBN, a little bit of Saunders, and very little of NCLEX 3500. I thought that I am willing to accept G-d's will what ever it is. PRAY, PRAY, and PRAY. Thank you all for all the support and answering all my silly questions. Thank you all. If you have any Q's ask away. Glory to the G-D.:bow::bow::bow:
  10. I Passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  11. :banghead::banghead::banghead: :no::no::no::no::no::no:

  13. Oops sorry, one more Question.. Is it 48 hours from the time you started taking it and started a few hours earlier or from when officially you were supposed to start taking it? Don't mean to drive you crazy.
  14. Thank you silverdragon.:heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat
