USF Fall 2015 Applicants
Hi Mel! Congrats! I will be taking Patho online. Have you received any information yet on required texts, syllabus, etc?

USF Fall 2015 Applicants
Congrats! Have you all completed all of the paperwork for admission? Background check, health docs, residency dec., quizzes, etc? I haven't yet ordered the background check, but I was able to register for classes without a hold. Anyone know when this needs to be completed by? Does anyone have more information on all of the paper work?

USF Fall 2015 Applicants
I found out I was accepted! I think now seats will open up if anyone who is accepted declines. I think the cutoff date for everyone who is already accepted is July 31, so some people may still hear in the first week or Aug! Good luck everyone!

coopsy, I still haven't heard anything either. I had my interview 2 weeks ago now. I did receive notification in SOAR that I should hear "no later than the end of May," but they also said 4-6 weeks back in March, and never followed through. This is so frustrating! I hope they don't push this till June or July - I am a nervous wreck!

Thanks for the info JennaeDRN! I wonder if there are also some classes offered online. Is your friend in the FNP track? To all who applied to the FNP track, I hear it is VERY competitive so that might be why it is taking longer to hear back. I'm not sure if everyone has to interview or if some applicants just get accepted/denied. Does anyone know anything about the interview process? Best of luck to all!

USF Fall 2015 Applicants
VickyCS 2001 was your application missing any of the items? I don't think it should still say "applied" in SOAR. It should have gone to the committee by now. I would call to double check that all of your documents were received.

USF Fall 2015 Applicants
Thanks VickyCS 2001. I just found out I got an interview! Regardless, it will be after the deadline of the other program I was accepted into, but I am still going to go for it with USF since it is my top choice. Has anyone else gotten an interview or better yet, been through an interview with USF? Any feedback would be appreciated, as I am now a nervous wreck!

Still no word here either. This is frustrating because this program is my top choice, however I was accepted into another program and need to let them know of my final decision by 5/1! I have communicated via the discussion on SOAR a few weeks back, but no reply. At this point, I am assuming I am just waiting on a rejection though.

USF Nursing requiremnets
Hi lenaanthony! I am in the same boat as you, but for the graduate program! I hear it is pretty competitve so I agree with Cruz.Cookie - don't put all your eggs in one basket! I also applied (and was accepted) to the University of Tampa's program, so that is my back up if all else fails! Just the class times are not practical for someone who works full-time. Best of luck to you!

USF Fall 2015 Applicants
Has anyone applied to the USF (University of South Florida) Fall 2015 NP track? I applied for Adult-Gero and haven't heard back yet. My SOAR account says "committee." Just trying to connect with some other USF hopefuls out there! On a side note, has anyone attended this program and how did you feel about it? Are most of the classes offered after 4-5 pm? Are a lot of classes online? Any input would be appreciated!

Starting at Morgan Stanley Childrens - where to live?!?!
Hello all, I am starting at Morgan Stanley Childrens hospital next month. I heard it's not in a very safe area, and I wanted to live in manhattan. Is this a do-able commute? If so, what neighborhood is the best to live in order to catch the A train? Please let me know if you have any advice! thanks!
