  1. Their admission to IHNA is very simple and easy, no interview, just very straightforward . Enroll now as the slot are filling up very fast. Hopefully you can still avail the March intake nextyear so we will be classmate haha
  2. Go where you can save more regardless of the quality of education unless your rich and can afford the expensive fee for bridging course . It does not matter anyway since its just weeks only and the end result is be an RN there :-) if your after of quality of education better go to University that offer bridging course . Good luck :-)
  3. Hello there, Im also for March intake under IHNA :-)
  4. No template needed, just inform them its for AHPRA the COGS :-)
  5. Nope Im in for March 2017 intake. Same here also planning to apply for visa by end of this year December í ½í¸„
  6. from what I understand for IHNA requirements if you were vaccinated with the said diseases all you have to do is the serology test on that specific vaccine to find out if your positive or negative. If positive antibodies then no need to have it again. Then the rest are mandatory for influenza, meningococemia, mrsa, booster for DPT. All the result can send to their email . Anyway did you recieve your confirmation of admission from them or are you done with initial payment of the 1,500aud$?
  7. Im about to pay for my IHNA intake next year.. In the process of reading the list of requirements they sent to my email :-)
  8. Any feedback from La Trobe university? Im considering it as well as they give student visa for a 13wks bridging course. May i know also how much is the show money if student visa?
  9. it would be nice if I can have my intake on Feb 2017 so i have somebody here in forum to join in as Im afraid to be on my own there hehe, unfortunately I will have my intake im March 2017 are you done with visa and immunisation requirement for IHNA?
  10. thank you for the feedback I was rooting for monash university but after reading it Made me think twice again and stick to IHNA :-)
  11. Which month or year intake are you going for the ihna?
  12. Melbourne but the assigned RO on my case is from Perth
  13. May i know what type of visa did you apply & how much the show money they require? Is there anaffordable nearest accomodation in the IHNA campus your going to?
  14. Finally I received my LOE in just 3wks ... School hunting mode :-)
  15. the endorsment letter coming from your school to ched should be original . I did not include it in the AHPRA. Because CHED will only gave a letter detailing that your BSN is externally acredited by them during your school time and that is the one they will sent to the AHPRA in my case . I dont know if other regional ched follow the same policy . what follow up are you trying to mean? I dont get your point. if it pertains to AHPRA never wait for follow up documents they will ask from you as it will take time and your given a deadline in my case the case officer gave me only 3wks to supply the USRN cert of good standing, and you will never know if you can beat the deadline, so might as well request and complete what the requirements stated in the ahpra website. Read again the agos 40 , everything is there . Goodluck :-)
  16. what I did was I only gave the photocopy of the AHPRA template they made and gave to CHED. Then the original of it I included in the course description my school sent to AHPRA. I just complye whatever requirements they are asking , I dont want my application to be pending just because of a certain documents they are asking.
  17. download the template form from ahpra website and give it to your school and must follow the said template. What i did was I printed it and gave it to them. You need to attach 2 sets also of an endorsment letter from your school, tor, rle, diploma and the template they made and forward it to ched by you or your school. Thats what the CHED in my region 7 required me to submit. Good Luck :-)
  18. Any idea which school do offer student visa for the IRON program?
  19. · We have given a list of 8 diseases to be considered , First you should do all the serology and then tests and at last the vaccinations so that it will be easy to schedule and easily you can finish. · Mandatory Serology 1. Hep B – If Positive result then you can sent us the report, if its negative then you have to take vaccination and again you have to do serology to confirm it. 2. MMR - If Positive result then you can sent us the report, if its negative for any one also then you have to take all vaccination and again you have to do serology to confirm it. 3. Varicella - If Positive result then you can sent us the report, if its negative then you have to take vaccination and again you have to do serology to confirm it. · Mandatory tests 4. Mantoux test 5. MRSA Culture Test · Mandatory vaccinations 6. DTP – adult dose - Boostrix 7. Meningococcal Vaccination – Meningococcal ACWY 135 8. Influenza · In the Immunisation Form Page no 5 should be signed & sealed by GP, also we need individual reports for all the serology & vaccinations and these reports also should be signed & sealed by GP.
  20. Im confuse whether to declare my masters degree earned in the Philippines with APHRA or not to declare ? I find it hard to secure those program study from CHED and got limited time with my vacation in Philippines .
  21. thanks for the feedback, will do that. Just applied for the ichc i paid 327aus$ very expensive !
  22. Is there a possibility of being denied with aphra? Like in my case i did volunteer after passing the NLE for 6 months then after that been away from hospital for about 1 year plus since I did review for the NCLEX exam then re volunteer again for almost 6 months before commencing with being hired as a staff nurse where i worked for 5 years before working in other country .
  23. I just recently passed the PTE academic and in the process of gathering the needed requirements. Information overload after reading this forum which is really informative. Its so hard to personally gather the said documents because im working overseas and just relying on my mother to get those things in behalf of me. hopefully, will be able to file it to aphra by july and obtain the said LOE to scout for school for the earliest intake next year , as i plan to exit after end of my contract here in Singapore. Any suggestion which school has the low tuition fee as im budgeting the expenses and for the visa is it wise enough to get the student visa as i dont intend to exit after the bridging program Giving me ample time to find work
