any nclex takers in october-share study tips
I am studying the the NCLEX and seem to be having trouble with prioritizing and delegation. Does anyone out there know of any materials i can get my hands on before i test at the end of this month. thanx

Just took Nclex RN Oct 6th 2008
I personally think they are pretty much the same. I have reviewed both and found many of the same questions on all sections with the difference in the sequence of the questions. Hope this helps:paw:

I can only imagine your fustrations but remain optimistic. I have heard and read so many stories on the types of questions that people have had so you really don't know how you did until you get your results.

Is there any one review RN use the EXAM CRAM ? how is this book ?
I am almost done reviewing the entire book. I have to agree with most of the nurses responding to this. It is a pretty good review book and you don't get the feeling of being overwhelmed. It is easy to digest. Frankly, it's not going to be the only book i plan on using after graduation but it was a good started to get me geared for NCLEX-RN studying. Hope this helps.:nuke:

HESI-RN Exit Exam
Hey guys, has anyone ever taken the ATI-RN exit exam. I'm gonna be graduating in a couple of weeks and a bit nervous bout it. It's a fairly new exam from what i have heard. I think i'm more nervous bout this exit exam than i am the NCLEX-RN. Nah! Who am i kidding i will probably be pulling my hair out with the NCLEX-RN too. Well if anyone has any study tips or expirences would luv if you share.:plsebeg:

HESI-RN Exit Exam
Has anyone out there ever taken the ATI-RN exit exam. It's a fairly new test from what i have heard. I'm a couple of weeks away from graduation and not looking forward to it. Does anyone have any tips. I think this exit exam worries me more than the NCLEX-RN.
