  1. You should be fine, all the books you're using are wonderful and will help you pass. Just look at the random threads on this site for infection control, that really help me and do lot's of question and review your rationals, review your rationals that's the biggie. Also know your meds like PRILS cause pt to have a hacking cough, STATIN cause pt. to have muscle weakness (you would teach the pt. to call the DR. for this SX), OLOL check pt. pulse and B/P before giving, donot give to pt. with asthma or COPD and also know your TV meds like Zietta, Vioxx, Juaniva, ect.. Good Luck
  2. I used Kaplan book and did the review course the first time and fail, I took the test yesterday for the second time and got 75 question and found out this morning that I pass. I use EXAM CRAM 2nd edition and it comes with a wonderful CAT CD, Linda A LAcharity priortizing and delegtion book, and read the random fact questions on this website. I recommend EXAM CRAM that book is great. Study infection control, which pt. goes in what room and know your TV meds, and do lots of prioritizing question the Linda La charity was great for that.
  3. Congrats to all the september test takers, WOW you guys are doing your thing.
  4. Thanks to everyone on this website for your prayers and support. This site was really helpful when I found out that I failed the NCLEX the first time around. I got on the site every day for the past few weeks and read lot's of threads and helpful stratergies on how to pass the NCLEX. It really help me this time around. I took the test yesterday and the computer shut off at 75 question I felt like I pass but was still a little worried, because you never know with this test. I found out this morning indeed I pass. To pass the exam I use EXAM CRAM, that book and cd is great I would recomend it to anyone. The CD has a CAT exam similar to the NCLEX, and Prioritiztion I use the Linda A. LaCharity book, I did the whole book. And last but not least my sister whom is an RN sat down with me every afternoon for 2-3hrs a day for the past 3 weeks and broke down all the rationals that I got wrong and review them and gave me scenerios and her own strategies on how to remeber them even the drugs. (thank god ,and thank him giving me such a wonderful family.) I use the EXAM CRAM CD to do questions in the morning and the afternoons I did Linda Lacharity and sat down with my sister.
