Does anyone know where I can purchase a lidocaine air injector and is it safe to use on the anticubital area before an IV start. I work with children and I would like lessen pain and trauma when doing IV starts and lab draws esp for those who are "hard sticks". I'd like to inform my hospital of this product and how to acquire it, any input would be greatly appreciated.

Btw I ended up only having to do 75 questions, saunders (4th edition) is truly the best!!!

I finally Passed on my third try and I only used Saunders!

I think I'm going to try Saunders next seems like everyone who failed with kaplan is passing with it.

I took Kaplan the first time and scored an average of 62% on all question trainers including Q-bank and failed nclex at 265 questions. I took kaplan again and scored 67% on the question trainers and Q-bank and again failed at 265 questions. Kaplan is not a guarantee to passing nclex. I am about to try Suzanne's plan next.

Does anyone know how this book compares to Saunders and Kaplan? Is it worth buying?

Well I found out I failed after 2 weeks via mail. Calling them is useless, trust me I called them everyday the first couple of days and all it did was annoy them. It sucks but just wait. Good luck hope everything goes well.

RJ2008 I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I really do believe that kaplan gives false reassurance because I was scoring high 60's to low 80's on everything. I've heard Saunder's works.

I know how you feel, but i'm just going to stay as positive as i can for right now, remember i have been so close to passing before and i know how truly agonizing this is. I am here for you if you need to vent, keep me posted.
