The tape "trick" is simply to use your finger to push the skin away from the tape while holding the tape instead of holding the skin and pulling the tape off. Or, if it's easier to think of it differently, removing the skin from the tape and not the tape from the skin. It feels better for the patient most of the time. Also, if they are hairy, you can wipe the tape and skin w/alcohol to break the adhesive down and not pull as much.
Off the top of my head there's: Fluffy and Extra-Fluffy, should need no explanation (though a hoyer lift may be in order) and Status Dramaticus, for those patient who's behavior is a bit beyond what is really warranted.
Unions served a purpose once, long ago. Now however, unless you like paying to have lawyers and politicians run (ruin?) your business..... I've never had a good experience with a union in any industry so far (theater, govt., tech., and working on health care). Please keep them out of Fla. Sincerely, 451'F
