thanks for the info, OMG mine is for 420.00 as well. Wow that stinks. I guess I'll be charging the other 600 dollars. Thats a crazy amount. There is still some available in my loan amount why can't I just pull from whats left!!!!

Hi its been several weeks since I was on here, boy I have missed lots. I am in section 12, I believe 11 and 12 have class time together. I haven't had a chance to meet anyone from here yet. I guess I should have logged on before orientation so I would have known what everyone was wearing. I was sitting on the front row. I had a pink striped shirt on. Has anyone had any problems with there book voucher? I called the bookstore and they told me I had to aid, but the website tells me I was awarded a student loan. I waiting to hear back from a financial aid advisor.

I thought at first they would just use our passport photo as well. I kept putting off getting it taken until my hair was just perfect and then my friend told me it doesn't matter because that photo just stays in your file throughout nursing school. So I asked, well aren't we going to get some type of ID for clinical and thats when she told me we have to have fccj ID. I guess we will see.

one more thing, if you haven't already gotten your stethescope, blood pressure cuff and all that other good stuff someone told me about a website that has pretty good rates. Its www.allheart.com I went on last night and ordered my stethescope, bloodpressure cuff, a plastic watch and a pen light and was even able to go ahead and personalize my stethescope with my full name.

Hi everyone. I spoke to one of my friends in the RN program and she told me that we will need a student ID for clinicals. So if ya don't have one...... I went to North Campus earlier on in the week but there machine was down, guess I'll try next week

WOW!!! I really hope that nice girl, is wrong!!!! The end of the month??? How could they wait that long? Changing criteria to the program? How could they do that right now? We have all submitted our applications with the current criteria submitted on the application form. I wouldn't think they could just change it midstream. I'm still gonna hope for tomorrow. I mean the end of the month? 3 weeks before fall semester starts to let someone know if they made it into the program or not. Thats crazy and ridiculous might I add.

OMG, I have never wanted to rush the weekend away like I have this one. I am so ready for this upcoming week. It has to be our week. I'm thinking probably Tuesday or Wednesday

yes, I sure hope to look back at this time and laugh. My friends have already told me that I cannot mention anything about my mail or not getting my letter tomorrow on the 4th. They say this subject is off limits. So heres to hoping we gets some "good" news today!!!!

Hey where is Chamblins? I don't believe I've heard of that. I think posting as soon as we get the letter is a great idea. I know I check this website every morning, hourly, until I get my mail. So yeah it would be great to know if I should expect mine on a certain day Does anyone know how student loans work? I have applied for a student loan because I know I will not ave the cash and I dont qualify for the grants and stuff. When should I hear something? I applied back at the end of May. Do loans not get awarded until closer to the semester to start?
