Congrats VanessaRN!! I really hope Cedars Sinai call me today so I dont have to go to my Stanford interview tomorrow. I haven't even prepare for that interview yet bc I've been so anxious about hearing back from Cedars Sinai! =X

Hi everyone. Has anyone been through the Stanford Panel interview? What is it like? I have my panel interview next week and I have no idea what to expect. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to prepare for the interview? Are there more clinical scenarios questions vs behavioral questions? This is my first panel interview and I just want to be prepared. Thanks!

My friend at Cedars Sinai told me that the salary is based on our credentials.. New grads with a Masters degree will get paid more than those with a bachelors degree.. Anyone know how many applicants will be interviewing and how many open positions available? And congrats anuong05! I heard White Memorial is a great hospital to work at =)

Hi everyone. I just want to update you guys on the application process. I got a call today for a second interview with the nurse manager at the Cardiology/telemetry unit. She said that managers are still in the process of selecting and calling applicants. She said you should hear back by tomorrow or Thursday from CARDIAC/TELEMETRy only. She doesn't know when you will be contacted by nurse managers from those specialty units, like ICU, OR, OB etc.. If you put these units as your preference, you might hear back by the end of the week... I know it's not much info but it hope this helps a little bit!

Wow that whomps! If i'm not mistaken, i thought the job posting said they are starting a residency program and are looking into hiring 20+ new grads? No? Maybe they decided to hire internal applicants. It's a shame that this hospital isn't going to see the drive and passion that us new grads have to offer =/

The nurse recruiter said she'll start calling applicants either this week or next week for interviews. She was extremely vague so just be prepare for a phone call this and next week.

aww i guess i didn't make the cut then =/ Congrats vball369! You must be very proud of yourself, knowing that you're one of the few that were selected to move forward in the process! Did you have any hospital experience working as a CNA, EMT etc? I just want to know what type of candidates they're looking so I can prepare myself better for the next round of applications

Anyone heard from Northridge yet? It's close to the end of December and I still haven't received any phone calls/emails/letters =/ I'm getting a little worried...
