I am having to do a care plan for my adult/peds rotation. The only problem is we just started doing careplans and i dont know where to start. I thought that RSV OR Dehydration would be a good dx to do on. so is anyone out there can help me with my care plan. maybe give me some ideas that i can use in it or possible just show me an example of one so i know about how to do one. I am so lost and clueless!!!

TO ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME WITH MED SURG I NEED IT. APPARANTLY ITS HARDER THAN I THOUGHT. I JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO STUDY FOR IT. IT TAKES TOO LONG TO POWERPOINT THE CHAPTERS AND I CANT RETAIN EVERYTHING I READ IN A WHOLE CHAPTER SPLIT UP. THE INSTRUCTOR IS NO HELP IN GUIDING ME INTO WHATEVER HELP SO IM ASKING FOR ANYONE WHO CAN AT LEAST GIVE ME AN IDEA I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT:bugeyes:

I under stand what your saying. I too am using this book but we are doing 2 classes out of this book which is CRAZY!!!!!! i mean here they call the 2 classes VR AND P&S . what a mix up i get . lol half the time i dont know which class im in. and the math for get about it. no clue!!!:)

school is hard to deal with , i know from experience and its definetly hard on the sex life as well as any other part of life you may want to have. but to the girl who asked about he sex life , a word of advise, if you have concerns about not gettting any sex and concerns on the man side , talk to him about it. keep the communications line open cause believe , me it will shut down quicker than u think and u will lose out . also try to make "play dates" . schedule the time where you wait about 30 mins when he gets home and right before you study and that way you have the time to "play" before you get started and before he goes to bed. see if that works and let me know . but i agree with the other person kids can make a factor on it too. if you have kids put on a movie to keep them occupied and then get down to business with the MAN....

we have a uniform shop here and they have dickies here, im not petite like i used to be but the come in all sizes here. im not for sure about the skirts though. although i would say that they would probably make them as well. u could go on their website in hopes of looking to see about them.

It has been a few years since i took algebra and i studied for 2 wkes and finally figured it out . I took the NET on computer here and I passed the math but failed the reading. The reading consist of just basic reading comprehension. I figured what the heck reading was easy. Boy was I ever wrong. If its been a while since you have had anything my advice study all.:nuke:
