nclex rn review made easy
hi gwafuh, i feel "nclex rn review made easy" is a good resource for studying for nclex but i feel it is much easier than many other reputed materials including "kaplan". i feel one need to practice with relatively tougher questions when preparing for nclex in order to gain sound knowledge in the application of the subject. i would also recommend the use of online question banks and online tests. they may cost you a bit but it is worth the trouble. one advantage is that it can be used by more than one person and you can have access to these questions and tests for about 30 days. in preparing for nclex nothing can take the place of practice with maximum number of questions possible. backiam rn

I failed NCLEX-RN
hi, i am very sorry that you didn't get a favorable result. but please don't give up hope. it will really help if you take a break and relax now. but do plan on taking the exam in the future. you are bound to be successful with diligent work and concentration. my suggestion would be that you review the theory first and then do as many questions as possible in all the eight categories individually before doing the comprehensive tests. go through all the rationales, follow test taking strategies and evaluate yourself. self analysis is the best way to identify and correct mistakes. most of all it is very important to develop self confidence. it will help you overcome your nervousness and allows you to think more clearly. this will really be a great help on the day of the exam. there is an established impediment for sure success and that is by quitting. please be positive, don't give up and expect a positive result the next time. wishing you all the best! backaim rn,

drag-and-drop Qs in NCLEX. competency level?
hi sunny, as per the information provided in mosby’s comprehensive review, 17th edition, drag and drop and sata pattern questions are considered to be in the high competency level. i feel that your competency is high based on the higher number of questions on delegation and prioritizing care. this was my experience as well as that of my friends who have completed nclex-rn successfully. so, i would advice you to relax and stay positive. i wish you would receive a positive result from your nursing board. backiam rn,
