I don't have a lot of experience posting here and just hoping to let other nurses know more about Delegation oversight or Audit and Oversight opportunities with a nationwide Health Plan.
I've been a nurse for some time and have done UM for over 5 years. Transitioning to Delegation oversight was seamless and keeps me interested since you are constantly learning in this position. Great for both RN and LVNs.
I have regular audit activities such as reviewing Denial Files, Timeliness reports and risk assessments for a regulatory audit such as DMHC.
I'm not a recruiter etc and just wants to share this information in case anyone is looking for opportunities out there esp. with years of experience in UM Prior Auth.
Thanks for the reply. I actually want to contact them since they sent all the material in one shipment when I informed them that I only want one at a time. I'm trying to do at least 1-2 a month but I easily get sidetracked. Any tips to get me focused and on my way to completion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again
I also just joined the College Network to obtain my BSN through ISU. I need someone for guidance and motivation since I'm just overwhelmed (work and life not the material). I can easily get through the books especially after completing Human Physiology at a local college. Anyone interested in studying together would be appreciated. Thanks, Lia
