What should I study while waiting to begin an RN program?
Hurray, I just passed the NET at HFCC despite being very nervous about it. And now... I get to wait for a very long time! Can you guys point me in a direction for what I should start studying now in the meantime? I'd like to get a leg-up on anything that requires brute memorization. Thanks!

My options for becoming an RN in Michigan
I keep hearing people say that the reading part was particularly hard. For what reasons is this exactly? Are there any strategies I should be keeping in mind? Thanks everyone for your help.

My options for becoming an RN in Michigan
For HFCC is it competitive at all or are you basically in as long as you fit their standards? Is there priority at all given to those with a better GPA or anything along that nature?

Please educate me on the NET
Is it taken on the computer or on paper? Also, just what are the most difficult math concepts on it?

Please educate me on the NET
The colleges I've applied to so far have not utilized the NET although a few that I am considering applying to do. Specifically, what is on this test and how exactly does it work. I'd like to be fully prepared for when I have to take it and be ready to do my best on it.

MCC admission question
Any statistics on how many people generally are accepted but decide not to go through with it?

My options for becoming an RN in Michigan
I haven't looked into St. Clair Community College yet but I will. Thank you. Is acceptance into the program any less cut-throat there? Or Wayne County Community College for that matter?

My options for becoming an RN in Michigan
I was aiming for acceptance into the nursing program at MCC but with a 3.7 GPA and 86 on the HESI, things aren't looking too good this time around. While I'm hoping to get a nice 4.0 next semester and I believe I'm capable of getting a 90+ on the HESI if I were to retake it, I'd like to know what my other options are. Are there any other schools in Michigan, perhaps in a less populated area, where entrance into a program is pretty much guaranteed?
