  1. These are somethings that work4me since my Ms Dx. Go to bed/get up at the same time daily. Eat smaller more frequent meals, drink lots of fluids, and exercise. I rarely have to take naps anymore. Pretty basic things that we all should do, but it made a huge difference in what I can do.
  2. I do take advantage of having a seat when there is time. It is not a big issue in our OR to sit down for awhile. Everyone does at times. It does seem like as soon as you do someone will ask for something you have to go and get. Of course here anest. wouldnt dream of standing!!! :)
  3. The BSN completion program I am currently taking meets from 5;30 to 9:30 pm. It is nice and I dont know of any ADN programs that are like that. It would be nice!
  4. Yes, I have. I gave a med that the nurse from the previous shift had given. She didnt note the order, but charted it on the MAR. I found out it had been given when I went to chart that I did it.
