  1. Wanna ask if do we have to include the diploma and Form 137 for our elementary education also to IQAS? I have my documents already yet to be mailed maybe today or tomorrow after two months of brainstorming whether to go or not. Hoping to hear more about IQAS and CRNM application. Good day to all
  2. /.....im looking forward to this option...can someone connect me to this link for further readings?...please help...thanks.
  3. Manitoba would also be great for me as I can register there easily...and make the most of everthing from there...
  4. Thanks chiminepuy, I am from Cebu Philippines, I already have all the requirements for CRNM. I am optimistically seeking for an offer letter should my application for registration yield favorable outcome. How are you as a nurse in ontario chiminepuy by the way?
  5. HI, Wanna ask what province in Canada did you lodge your application? I am complete with my papers for CRNM. My next step should this yield favorable results is to find an employer there and hopefully fly and start working via interim permit. Is this idea feasible, or just an extreme optimism in this difficult times. Please shed some light...Thanks.

Thank you once again Silverdragon. I'll heed your advice. This gives me light as to trying my luck in Canada. I have no more problem as regards qualification requirements of CRNM. It's all about luck for now. By the way, wanna inform you further that I tried QNC but got frustrated with my IELTS (2nd try). Silverdragon wanna ask if there's an appropriate forum forum here in allnurses.com that has a quest like mine.Thank you.

Thank you very much Silverdragon. Forgot to tell you also that I am an IEN from Cebu, Philippines currently employed in a tertiary hospital for one year to date. I'll start sending my resume to Manitoba potential employers hoping I'll get my eligibility and apply for interim permit and start working there.

  11. Hi Mcgiver, how did you manage to get a job in manitoba.
  12. hello OZ bound nurses; its been quite a while since i havent read news from this forum...our house got burned last april 07, 2009 at around 6pm...it was covered by the media nationwide...our house was unfortunately the last house eaten by that fire...a lot of things lost... anyway, i send my application docs last march 24 via registered mail only and amazingly they responded it so quickly.. as i received postal mail from the council about my application last april 10. a matter of 2 weeks only of waiting.. as of now im waiting for their aseessment..as usual im still hoping and praying for a favorable result.. what happened to joeturtle?????????????
  13. yeah good point to ponder.. i am one of their scholars.....i was supposed to leave dec 18, 2008 but some problems occured in the hospital where i was supposed to land (EJGH, Louisiana, USA)...just this morning I made a follow up with the agency and yet they're still updated regarding my application...pending final interview of another hospital (this time in TEXAS), i have already acted on my plan B though...i have my application submitted to QLD, OZ...whichever comes first is my only consideration in this difficult time of getting into the "greener pasture"....i' getting depressed sometimes...but there's no way giving up....i leave everything up to God as much as I have done my part... going back to GSA, i have chat mates who are in NY rt nw at mercy college for the masteral and at the same time working part time at the hospital...i noticed they are silent about the financial aspect but the pictures are great...in my case my considerations are: il get my ssn so i can have my license secured, the MSN degree, the experience, the English fluency, salary although only of part time would surely be greater than what I get here in the hospital im working in cebu.
  14. Congratulations joeturtle......... You've put back the light and inspiration on us to move forward with this thing... Congratulations.........congratulations..................congratulations..........
  15. Anyway,,, i submitted my ielts registration last march 20, as i will be retaking the said exam to qualify myself to australia as my scores were r - 7.0 l - 7.5 w - 6.5 s - 7.5 i am preparing to sit ielts this april 30, 2009 here in cebu. Is my decision right to send my application to qnc tommorow considering the ielts is still yet to be taken (just so scared to get below 7 once more) huhuhu.
  16. To joeturtle, thank you for starting this forum...good karma will rain down on your good deeds....
  17. Good Morning OZ bound Filipino nurses. Firstly, I would like to congratulate you all for the persistence and optimism. Indeed, we proved ourselves as powerhouse of hopes despite the many challenges that are trying to put as astray. After all the disheartening events about our American Dreams, Australia puts back the glare of new hope. Hopefully, early today Ill be sending my application/docs to QNC should the same be successfully certified by a Notary Public. Anyway, I'm done with my NCLEX, IELTS and VISASCREEN and further was about to fly to Louisiana, USA last Dec. 18 via GSA Scholarship Program part time study/work whereby on the 11th hour was given a call about the halted employment offer by East Jefferson General Hospital. Kinda traumatic huh!?... I just decided a week ago forcibly, being in the state of denial to instead divert my interest to OZ. Hoping this time its gonna happen truly. I just wanna enjoin myself to all of you folks and wish us well in all of our endeavours towards realizing our AUSTRALIAN DREAMS.. GOD BLESS US ALL!!!!
  18. its a scam i have been to that to the point ive sent via fedex all the required documents. good thing i did not include the 2000USD they demand. please pm me...il help you...up to now they are threating me that i really need to proceed with them because i have my signature affixed in the contract...but i still believe that i wont be held liable because its a void contract ab initio....as if no contract existed...there's no such thing as what they are bragging about...H1B is only offered to special area nurses with 2 years or more in the field...think twice...suggest you read more about visas...
  19. Oh my God. good thing I never send any amount. What I am worrying about this time is my signature affixed on the contract of employment. I believe that the agreement is invalid ab initio because these is a scam. Please someone help me. Thanks suzanne and silverdragon, I called the US embassy this time and they want me to call POEA of Philippines.
  20. Oh my God, I just sent my documents yesterday with my affixed signature on the employment contract. Please help me what to do now.
  21. hi everybody... please help me this is their message for me... " On 27th June 2008 we sent you employment contract and also sent a separate set of 14 documents for your visa and job process and you were required to send those documents to our New York Office with all requirements by DHL or FedEx courier service. Since then you are made several promises of sending your documents with all requirements but as of today you have not sent your requirements. This speaks of your non-serious attitude and during this whole period 52 days you have not given due attention to this job offer. There are dozens of nurses from your country appointed in June 2008 who have already got their visa approval under FAST TRACK EMPLOYMENT & VISA PROCESS program that we have launched in view of retrogression and backlog work. We complete this visa process in three months and had you sent you documents on 28th June 2008 then by now you were very nearly reaching your job place in September end. If you still interested in this job and want us to process your visa under shortest possible time then you send your complete documents with signed contract and with financial commitment bank draft of 2,000 USD to our New York Office by DHL or FedEx courier service. From the date of receiving your documents with all requirements including 2,000 USD bank draft (as security deposit financial commitment) we can assure you that your visa with work authorization will be arranged in three (3) months time from that day" please enlighten me maam suzanne and maam silverdragon.. i am so confused...

  23. Hello, I Am Complete With Rprn, Usrn, Ielts, Visascreen And Work Experience. I Am So Worried Considering That California Nclex Rn Pass Will Expire After Three Years, What Is The Best Thing For Me To Do Considering Retrogression Will Let Me Fly To Us In 3-5 Years. Please Help Me. Thank You.
  24. i have a question miss suzanne, what if ill file for a reciprocity to other state where my license wont expire provided of course that i find an employer. do you think its a good idea or still futile? On the other hand, i have also an employer from dearborn county hospital, indiana, is it a good idea that i will proceed with my employment there so that the immigration processing will move on and for the meantime while retrogression is not lifted yet i will try my luck in new zealand? please help me. thank you.
