I need help please. I work 8 hrs shift. Today we had busy day. At the end of shift my pt fell like 10min to end of my shift. We have half hour overlap between shift. The nurse who I gave report was out of report and on floor. Her CNA told her that this pt had fall and she got him up in w/c. I was still in report room giving report to another nurse. So this nurse calls me and let me know that this pt had fall and want me to finish fall report. I'm already off shift. She already has started her shift, her CNA found pt on floor and reported to her. Should I have to still do fall report as I have not even assess pt and she is already started her work? Please advise.

i am a lpn. 6 month. i work in ltc.today i had discharge resident .i went in her room with all med she was taking including narc.i gave her all med that was prescribe. what ever narc she was taking it wasn't prescribe so i didn't give it to her. after i said by to her in her doorway taking med and narc in a clear beg i heard other resident tab alarm going on i went to attend with bag of meds. i found resident standing on side of the bed who is high risk for fall hanging his brief with full a pee.i put bag with med on bed side table and helped him get in bed, changed his brief. after i left room (i have forgot bag of med in room that i find out later).i was working with two cna male and female.f cna came to me and told me she show some meds in mr.b's room (same room i left the med).i was totally forgot about that so i asked what kind med in a cup. she said no in a bag.remembaring that i have i said let's check. i and she went to mr.b's room there wasn't anything in room. she said she show on bed side table. she opened drawer. there wasn't anything. she said m cna was there that time to. i said lets ask him. we went to him and asked. he said he might have thrown them in trash when he picks up other trash from mr.b's room. we all went to shower room that is separate from rooms and he went to trash and dig out the med bag. i took the bag and check meds find out that 5 narc pill was missing. i was starting my 1700 med pass. after i done passing med. i notified charge nurse. she notified don, administrator.i called in office. i told them what happened. then both cna was called in office. both cna was asked to give written statement. i didn’t. then charge nurse came and counts other narc with me. i am so scared that what they would do next to me. i didn't take them. my fault is i didn't notified them write way. i don't know what to do next. i am so scared. plzzzzzzzzz help me

I got my result after 31days.I passed nclex-pn.I going to take nclex-rn in May.I got mine in big envelop.I was so nervous to open it because,I knew I failed.I had my husband open it for me after one day but it's said I pass.:cheers:

Did CA LVN BON change there passing envelop? I always here small envelop= passing new.Big envelop=reapply.After waiting 31days I got my result big envelop and I knew I fail.I didn't open it and waited a... hole day for my husband to open for me.When he opened guess what he read to me I passed.I didn't belive him,so he read every thing to me.I did not know what to do.I start dancing.So don't throw away your big envelop,it might have good news like I did. :cheers:

Does Vue.com let you register for nclex-rn or pn without applying with your state board of nursing and let you take exam? Just wondering.

I am here in USA.I been here almost 6 yrs.I have apply with my SSN.

I am going slowly but I am doing it. So far so good.

I am just new to this site. I took my nclex twice and failed in california.I took 3rd time on december 6th.I haven't got my result yet.My stopped around 85 or 90 can't remember.first was stopped 265 and 2nd 150 or so.I am so nervous.Is anybody out there got there result who took around that time.
