    Hello fellow nurses, I am a little frustrated with job searching. There are tons of nursing job out there but everywhere wants you to have at least one year of experience working as an lvn. How are you supposed to get the experience if no one is willing to hire new grads. Ugh so frustrated. As nurses we have all been the new grad, so why is it so hard for them to give us new grads a shot at a job. I live in Southern California. If anyone knows places that hire new grads PLEASE LET ME KNOW. It would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi I graduated in Apr 09 and have made my appointment through pearsonvue here in Cali and I want some tips from those of you that have taken the test recently. How did you study? What materials worked for you? How many hours/day and days a week did you study? Did study groups work for you? Give me all the info you got. Im nervous. Thanks
