  1. I work in Oncology. I hate when people say, "Ewwww-how can you work with cancer?" I don't care for cancer, I care for cancer patients and they are awesome!!! Most cancer patients have real attitude and are so appreciative of everything you do vs. the surgical patient that knows he's getting better and I swear is just there to give you a hard time. (Sorry, I know all patient's are not that way) but there is truly something special about oncology patients.
  2. I work at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. New to nursing (May 03). Considered Vandy but wondered about it being so big and being new to nurse. All seemed a little intimidating. How do you feel about new nurses and Vandy?
  3. Rosemadder, I would have thought I had written your email. Oh yes, stressed beyond belief. I too will graduate in May. We will make it!!! Failure is NOT an option.
