  1. Congratulations! God is AMAZING and this is truly a great example!
  2. Thank you for sharing your story. I know that with God that everything is possible!
  3. Congratulations! I am taking my NCLEX-PN in October. What all did you use to study? What would you recommend?
  4. Thank you so much. It really helped me reading that because I was really getting down!
  5. I did the assessment test first to see my weakest areas and I have been reading the chapters that the calender said and doing the questions at the end. I was really weak in pharm, but now it has improved almost 7%. I am doing a 100 questions a day though.
  6. :yeah::yeah::yeah: Congratulations! Jesus will make all things possible!
  7. I am not taking my boards until around late September or early October and I am also doing the Hurst Online Review and thinking about doing the Kaplan Q-bank trainers, but I did the assessment test yesterday for the Saunders 4th edition and I got a 56% and I am EXTREMELY getting discouraged. I looked at the calender they gave me and I started reading those chapters and doing the questions at end. I took a 100 question exam today and I got a 57%. I would look back on some of those questions that I missed and think HOW IN THE WORLD DID I MISS THAT? I am trying to stay positive and stay focused, but my anxiety levels are running high!
  8. Thanks so much. I am going to do it now thanks to everyone.
  9. Thank you. Did you take the Kaplan live review or did you use the book and Q-bank trainer?
  10. Did you take the Kaplan live review? I bought the book and going to take the Q-bank trainer when I graduate, but I was going to take Hurst live review because they are the only people who are coming close to me.
  11. I was just wanting to know if anyone has taken the Hurst Live Review and was wanting to know your opinion on it. Is the review for LPNs or RNs?
  12. I want to thank everyone for all of the comments made from when I asked about the NCLEX-PN, but I need more help. I took a NCLEX mock test for a review course and found out that I failed it. I got low in pharm and extremely low in vocabulary [i couldn't spell some of those words in the fill-in questions or I didn't know the answer]. We had a posttest and I passed it and they didn't go over the questions I missed. I am lost and very confused. I just feel that I cannot pass it and I have lost more faith. I graduate on August 4th and was planning to take the NCLEX-PN in late September or early October. They gave us a review book and I have been using it and I have done some of the Saunders. If I don't make a 75% in the Saunders on the tests in the book then I am re-reading the chapters. I do have Kaplan, but I was going to wait a month to read it before I took the test. I have been going over my pharm, mainly, by looking at the ending of the medications [for example, -caine, Lidocaine, local anesthetic]. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips that could help me or any books to recommend. I am going to buy the three week NCSBN before I take the test as well. I just want to thank everyone and this is such a wonderful website.
  13. I know this question has been asked several times, but I just want to know the best books to study for the NCLEX. I will be graduating on August 4th and during my three week break [starts next week], I want to start studying. I have heard Kaplan is great because it teaches you how to answer the questions and that is what I need. Thank you for all your help and have a wonderful day!
  14. thank you so much for your comments. i did not feel as if i was trying to get people to do my homework as well.!
  15. My professor told me that he wanted me to do the questionnarie myself and get the results because it is a research paper of my own and he only wanted me to use the internet for average hourly wage and average annual wage.
